Jack, The work is usually dispatched from our office, but the work is ordered by IT Services. You may want to call the IT Services Helpdesk (2-6200), and ask them. It will probably be brought up to the Network Management or project management groups. If you have any issues with the work being performed by our wiring / conduit contractors, you can feel free to talk to our operations manager Rich Carroll (3-4567), or our front desk (3-5515).
