Find attached job descriptions for four open positions in the Department of Management and Marketing in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne.

We are seeking to appoint three academic staff who can demonstrate a clear ability to undertake a full range of academic responsibilities in at least one of the following areas of expertise;

·         International Business

·         Strategy

·         Management

·         Human Resource Management

·         Operations Management

Research interests involving Asia are particularly valued.

These appointments will be made at either Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor in North American universities) or Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Associate Professor in North American universities) level depending on experience.
We are also seeking to appoint a Professor in Strategy/Leadership. Again, a research interest encompassing Asia is particularly valued, in line with the Faculty's strategy in this area.

The Department of Management and Marketing has 37 academic staff and more than 30 PhD students all supported by 7 professional staff members.
