Gustavson School of Business invites applications from talented scholars and educators looking to fill one, two-year Limited-Term position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Cross-Cultural Management and International Business. Applicants for this position should have a PhD, with a proven record of teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level. The successful applicant, in addition to being a strong teacher, will embrace the Faculty's multi-disciplinary and cross-functional approach to business education. Our approach to teaching is international, integrative, innovative, and sustainable. Our programs include a mandatory co-op program, international exchanges, and overseas co-op work opportunities. In line with this approach, a candidate's business experience would be highly valued, as will the ability to communicate fluently in other languages. The ability to teach within our core (functional courses) programs will be considered an asset.
