My previous department did this alot.  You might try contacting Jon or Jason over in the Biomedical Research and Informatics Center(BRIC), which is one of the arms of the MSU Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (the other arm is the Office of Clinical Research).  BRIC has been helping groups to run studies here on campus and maintain that type of data before I started working for them in 2006.
