Dear All: Does anyone know of an instrument that measures employee perceptions of the extent to which their supervisor/leader/managers supports their development? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. I have a doctoral student looking at the relationships between the quality of the leader-member relations and perceptions of satisfaction with employee development.
