2012 Faculty Development in International Business - Japan

Offered through the Georgia Tech Center for International Business Education and Research, the Faculty Development in International Business (FDIB) in Japan is designed for North American higher education faculty and administrators. To be held end of May through early June 2012 traveling across Japan.

The purpose of this FDIB is three-fold:

• To provide faculty from North American universities with first-hand information and experience of what life in Japan is like in the wake of the March 2011 triple disaster.

• To introduce North American and Japanese business faculty to each other to share research and hopefully spur collaboration between the two areas.

• To encourage the development of new exchange agreements between Japanese and North American universities.
