Paper deadline January 20.
The bi-annual La Londe (France) Conference on Service Management takes place this May 29-June 1. This multi-disciplinary conference accepts work on services from Marketing, Operations, and HR/OB. In addition
to the unique international and multi-disciplinary nature of the conference, each time slot at the Conference has only two sessions scheduled and each paper gets 45 minutes (!) so the opportunities are many for in-depth sharing and discussion. On behalf of
the organizers of the Conference I cordially invite you to submit a paper for possible presentation at the Conference. I will chair the service operations track and we are seeking papers that address service activities in the broadest sense and hopefully,
but not necessarily, cross disciplinary boundaries.
