Just wanted to know this was a complete success. I was able to read 95% of the DSDD 5.25" disks I tried. I'm still combing through things, but DOSBOX runs everything great, even the Tandy apps.

As a special thank-you, I've attached the 1988 Tandy 1000 Christmas Demo program that my dad use to run on the display computers when he was a manager at Radio Shack. It contains loops from Kings Quest IV, Thexder, Space Quest, etc. Runs best in DOSBOX with 'machine=Tandy' in the configuration file. This was from a 23-year-old floppy!

Joe-

I am very much interested in knowing the outcome of this process.

IF you have any troubles reading the data, you may find this resource helpful:

I'm wondering if anyone has a 5.25" floppy drive laying around they no longer need? I found all my old floppies back from my DOS BBS days and I'm hoping to find some treasures in there. I'm pretty sure they are low density.
