The University of Minnesota's Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) presents:
PDIB Scandinavia - Sustainability and CSR Denmark and Sweden
June 5 - 15, 2012
Gothenburg, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark
PDIB Scandinavia is a 10 day Professional Development in International Business (PDIB) program designed to showcase sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in Denmark and Sweden.
Why Scandinavia? Scandinavian countries have demonstrated strong and balanced economic, environmental, and societal performances at the national, corporate, and international levels.
What Will I Gain From The Program?
- Access to world-leading corporations, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and academics.
- Exposure to contemporary research on sustainability and CSR issues.
Who Should Participate? Higher education faculty from U.S. institutions, and private-sector and government professionals interested or engaged in sustainability and CSR efforts in their organizations.
Instruction Led by Robert Strand, a PhD Fellow at the Copenhagen School of Business Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility, and the instructor of the Carlson School's MBA Ethics Seminar in Scandinavia.
