Ph.D. studies in Industrial / Organizational
Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource
Management or related fields

demonstrated record of, or high potential of, solid scholarly research
commensurate with the rank

Passionate about teaching and interacting with students in MBA and
executive programs

Profound knowledge of statistics and rigorous research
methods
