The following two faculty positions are announced for your consideration


The Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Institute of Technology invites applications for a position in Management with preference given to qualifications in strategic management and entrepreneurship.  Please feel free to share this information with colleagues.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.



POSITION: Florida Institute of Technology, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, invites qualified applicants for a faculty position in Management with qualifications in strategic management and entrepreneurship. Appointment is anticipated at the assistant/associate level, depending upon qualifications, with a start date of August 2012. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Management or expected completion of that degree by August 2012.  The successful candidate should demonstrate excellence in teaching and a commitment to research and service.  Florida Tech is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer.



THE COLLEGE:  The College of Business offers undergraduate and MBA degrees, and serves more than 250 on-campus students of which approximately 30% are international. In addition to traditional campus courses, the university offers online business degrees at the undergraduate and MBA levels.  These courses are currently taught off-load for additional compensation.



THE UNIVERSITY:  Florida Tech is the only independent, scientific and technological university in the Southeast, serving a student population of about 9,000.  U.S. News & World Report, 2012 edition, named Florida Tech as a Tier 1 Best National University.

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellence in teaching and a commitment to research and service.  Preference will be given to candidates with a teaching and research interest in financial or marketing aspects of the sports industry.
