The HVAC group that monitors that stuff is part of our department. Does the closet have its own heating and cooling? I think that makes a difference. We also have the Commissioning department that checks the efficiency of the HVAC in buildings. Maybe one of these groups could answer your questions.

Who is the authority on temperature and humidity guidelines on CAMPUS. If i have a telecom closet with no windows and built in the middle of a floor so you can walk around it completely; its constructed of plywood and covered with drywall. What should the operating temperatures be consistently. I have found 98 degrees F. on Friday and today I found 87. From my experiences this kind of temperature is bad for long term exposure on the mission critical gear in there.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
