Is there a general awareness of who to contact to report security
vulnerabilities at MSU? If not, this situation points out an opportunity
to educate the MSU community on how to handle incidents like this.

I do know that you can contact the ATS Help Desk at 2-6200 and tell them
you want to report a security incident. There are probably other
contacts as well.
