Having been a Fulbright Specialist, I highly recommend the program!  I aided the University of Split (Croatia) in the organization of their Masters of Science Education program in 2002.  I'd  be happy to share details by private message.

Hi everyone,

To join in with Michael's message about the Fulbright program, I want to make sure you all know about the Fulbright Specialist program. It's for a shorter duration (2-6 weeks) and they recently added a focus on STEM education. http://www.cies.org/Specialists/

I just got approved as a reviewer for this program--it looks like a great thing for PER folks.
