Al, CIDR 35.8.0.0/13, or 35.8.0.0 with subnet mask of 255.248.0.0 should meet your requirement. IP range is 35.8.0.0 - 35.15.255.255, which, I believe, is inclusive of all of MSU's allocated IP address space.
