Microsoft sells Forefront EndPoint
Protection, which can be used as a managed system or as a single user
client. The eval can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/forefront/en/us/default.aspx
and the ISO image contains the standalone client software. MSU licenses
cost $2.10 per server.

OK, I'm putting
up my first Windows 2008 Standard server. Does anyone have any good
recommendations for a server based antivirus? More to the point, is there
any software I should just stay away from? This is a very simple server,
primarily used for file sharing and a few apps that require Win2008 to run
on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My thanks in advance.
