You can now register your computer via wireless connection
at dhcp.msu.edu. Then you don't have to have it remember a
password.
I'm pretty sure it works on the main campus. It worked at KBS
for about one day after it was implemented before Thanksgiving, and now
doesn't. But one of the grad students checked it out for us on the
main campus just this week, and reported that it's working fine
there.

Subject: [MSUNAG] Making Windows Remember MSUnet Wireless?
Just wondering whether anyone knows a way to prevent Windows7 from
forgetting the MSUnet wireless network? For some reason,it doesn’t stay
in the preferred networks list … Is that because it’s unsecured?
Thanks,
