Dear colleagues,
For those interested in participating in the high tunnel on-line program being presented by Great Lakes Vegetable working Group (Extension educators from throughout this region) starting Nov 1 thru Nov 18. Each session is between 1-2 hours. Session on Nov 1, 3 and 8th will be held at 6:40-8:30 EST and Sessions on Nov 16 and 18 will be held from 1-2 pm EST. We hope you will participate in this program if you have interest or are seeking more education on hoophouse/hightunnel vegetable production (including winter production).

Visit http://vegnet.osu.edu/ which is a U-tube promotion to learn more about the hightunnel webinar. Note that a person can attend as an individual and attend via his/her computer at a site of their choice that has high speed connection (home, coffee shop, educational center). If an individual registers in Michigan, then Hannah Stevens from MSUE will contact that person to pay the registration fee before that registrant receives the access code.

Or a group can host a site that has access to high-speed internet connection and be responsible for the hook up connection and program promotion. A group can collect the $30 per person and use for their set up costs. Registration information is found at this u tube link.

Cheers
Vicki
