Dak,

Does the College of Music have some type of "Acceptable Use Policy" that the
staff has to agree to that would include such?  You might contact MSU
Internal Audit, they could provide you some excellent guidance based on my
experience with them.  Their on the U's side, not against us as departments,
but sometimes people don't see them that way.
