Another example of a real MSU workflow, that looks like phishing.
Prof. Belman is correct, I think. Neither he nor I have ever heard of
this Forms Tracking Utility system.

PS - I'm guessing if I faked up a login website, and hosted it here on
campus, at least 30% of people lured to it would provide credentials.
