*Growing Mushrooms for Fun and Profit Article*

Rebecca Hargrave wrote an article, Growing Mushrooms for Fun and Profit
Article in the Small Farms Quarterly (April 5, 2010), a publication
distributed by Cornell University, which focuses on agroforestry mushrooms
grown in logs or woodchips in the understory of a forest. There are only a
few commercial agroforestry mushrooms growers, so it may require more
marketing, but the potential profits are worth it. If interested contact a
mushroom supplier to discuss the best mushroom strain(s) for you, because
it’s easiest to match the fungus strain with the trees you have. To read
full article visit *
