I agree with Dak, of the 15 E6500’s that I have deployed none have caused me any hardware problems.  Software problems with Dell Control Point  and user error/complaint, is a whole different story.

I have been using the Latitude E-6500 since they came out.  I love them.   I’ve had not one single problem with them.  Not even due to user error, which is INCREDIBLE!  They are an excellent series, in my opinion.

Subject: [MSUNAG] Question about Failure Rates on Dell Latitude E-Series Models

Has anybody out there seen any higher than normal failure rates or know of any recalls on any of the Latitude E Series Models from Dell?

You can contact me off the list if you want.

Thanks,
