I have a good anecdote - I was acting as one of my building's "tornado wardens" and a student talking loudly on her cell phone got all huffy when I told her to get away from where she was standing *in front of a large window* and into a secure area. One, I interrupted her conversation, and two, mobile service isn't good in the basement.
