We looked at these last year, trying to find a replacement for WebTrends which we had been using for years, but which had grown too complicated and too expensive. We chose SawMill http://www.sawmill.net/, primarily because it was the only low-priced one that seemed serious about identifying visits from spiders and eliminating them from the stats. Unfortunately, their Lite version, which is free, probably won't meet most people's needs.
