You could also cook up a tiny Mini-ITX machine for the display itself and
connect it over WiFi. Another good machine would be any type of nettop
machine - I know they make cases with VESA mounting points on them but even
some duct tape could do the job if you secure it right. Saves you from
having to route a VGA cable to a larger machine somewhere else at least.
