To better facilitate the process of reserving group rooms at the Soaring Eagle Resort, please call the Sales Department at (989) 775-5385. They will be able to provide you with the information and total amount due so you can bring a check from your university or organization for full payment upon check-in.

Please know that you will need to secure each room reserved with a credit card, but the card will not be charged, unless you fail to make payment. It is important for you to let the sales person know how you will be paying for these rooms (university issued check, corporate credit card, etc.).

Also note that this applies only to group reservations. Individual reservations can still be made by calling (989) 775-7777 or online at www.soaringeaglecasino.com and choosing On-Line Reservations using the Equity group code 9894WN. On-line reservations require a credit card.

An additional reminder for all persons interested in attending the conference and staying at the hotel is that the room cut off date is Sunday, February 28. After Sunday, the $93 rate is no longer guaranteed.
