Well I have it running on Windows 7 Home Premium which also uses IIS 7 (what, you don't all run your own personal web servers on your home desktops? :)) and I remembering having some trouble with that... you need to turn off friendly errors ... Try here: http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/765/improve-php-error-messages-in-iis-7/ And if you still can't get it to work you can write back and I can probably help you get it working.
