Dear Listserv Friends, I am writing on behalf of a colleague who is seeking an instrument that measures/describes self-efficacy and science career choice. Specifically, my friend wants to be able to monitor changes in the participants self-efficacy in relation to their ability to become “scientists” as a result of their experiences in a mentorship program.
