One person in particular is on his third new phone. The first and second new phones were a Casio that is now discontinued. The third new phone is a Motorola. I'm not sure of the exact model. Verizon Wireless told him that the first phone may be defective. When he talked to Verizon Wireless about the second phone dropping calls, he was told the second phone didn't have a very strong antenna and he should change phones. The third phone, Motorola, is doing better, but it is still dropping calls. The calls that are dropped are on north campus, primarily around the Beal Garden and the Library.
