Thomas hit the nail on the head. If you're unable to remember the key stroke, it's also available in Outlook 2007 in an open message via Other Actions > Forward as Attachment.

Cheers!

Try CTRL+ALT+F while reading the message. It works for me with Outlook 2k7.

Subject: [MSUNAG] Forwarding an Outlook email as an attachment - annoying

It' s happened so many times where I have got a message open and I need to forward it as an attachment. Normally what I do is to First close the message (to be attached) and Second drag it to the body of a new message. Often I ended up copy the message to my desktop and then attach it from there.

Is there a way to attach an existing message to a new message all in one step?
