Have you spoken to ATS?  If you have times (from bounces), the To and
From addresses, and the machine you were talking to (IP address) I'm
sure someone can help you figure out exactly what happened.

The message itself is not too useful without the accompanying error
code (4.X.X, 5.X.X, something else?) and even then someone from ATS
would likely have to look at the logs to see exactly what the MTA was
doing at the time.
