Yesterday,
I met the Produce Director Phil Cassise at Plum Market (3 locations- Ann Arbor,
Bloomfield Hills, and West Bloomfield). The store is similar to Whole
Foods (incredible- really!!!).
He
is looking for Michigan items for his Produce departments.
He
is looking for refrigerated items to incorporate into Produce. There is
no slotting fees, and he is very interested in items now. I think if he
waits until the conference, we'll miss out on the holiday sets/buying done in
October.

base with him since I don't know all the items currently with the Product
Center.
I
