Re: [MSUNAG] Strange Email Rejection Error Message About a month ago,  I had the same thing happen.   After I saw that, I put in a help desk call, because I was concerned that the MSU mail spam filtering software was indicating my customers computer was infected with a virus.

The mail team replied and indicated that this was not a problem with the client computer it was a false positive on their systems that scan the email.

This could be the case with yours, but I can’t say specifically.   It might be a good idea to put in a help desk call to have the mail team look into that, to make sure or maybe one of the mail team can reply to your message to inform us of what is happening, so if we see it in the future we’re informed.

Subject: [MSUNAG] Strange Email Rejection Error Message

Hello,

Someone just attempted to reply to an email message I sent, and received the below error.  Any idea what may have caused this?  I suppose there could have been a virus involved; but I doubt it.

Thanks,
