Anyone else ³locked² out of their Oracle Metalink support account? Our department previously had an Oracle support agreement, that we paid for, prior to the University site license that allowed us to use the Oracle Metalink site. As of last Friday I am no longer able to access the site, stating that my account ³is not initialized². Our support agreement should still be in place. Has the University site license somehow subsumed our support contract? Calls to Oracle (as usual) provide nothing useful other then names and numbers of others that provide more useless information.
