For the record, it took ATS a few hours rather than a few minutes to 
shut down the rogue here.  But to be fair, we submitted the problem 
with an online request rather than by phone, as we were in no rush on 
this on.  Had we called this in by phone, ATS might well have done a 
quicker job.
