I've had similar problems with a Treo phone here in the department. I haven't found a way to fix it yet... The professor will be getting a new phone in a couple months so hopefully that will take care of the problem. I can confirm for you that we did update our SSL Certificates for mail.msu.edu. However, that was done on September 29th, 2008 to the best of my recollection. Being able to clear any old certificates that are cached on the device may be something to go on, but I'm afraid I cannot provide any help on how to accomplish that feat. In all honesty, I too, would be curious to know if people have had similar problems and if so how they fixed it (if they fixed it)? ./brm
