In fact, you have this exactly backwards. This particular headers issue shows one of the strengths of Eudora. It can be configured to either show or hide each specific type of header in the normal view of a message. It also has a separate command to show all of the headers for the current message, regardless of how you have configured the standard view. There's absolutely no need for an add-on like procmail to deal with this in Eudora. When this issue came up, I posted the information about how to configure Eudora to supppress the specific problem header from the normal message view and David confirmed that it did exactly what he wanted. I assume that Dennis posted the procmail info for people who are using Unix mail programs that don't have the flexibility of Eudora.
