to make you aware of a change in an upcoming workshop, "Selling
Produce Direct to Institutions," hosted by MSU Extension in
cooperation with the Food System Economic Partnership (FSEP). This
workshop will not only provide a good general overview of the practices
and procedures that make you marketable to larger institutions, but will
also give you information about how to connect with state and federal
institutions looking to purchase produce from growers. A pdf
