Here is a link to many food safety
issues and data, may or may not have relevant data, but one must read through it
all to get benefit. If you reread the former transcript we sent through
to the end and not just the testimony of one individual, you will see the
references given for a lot of data,many of the experts giving testimony at the
FDA hearing said they had gathered data from the USDA. This could also be
fairly easily researched on USDA ,USDA-APHIS,USDA-FSIS, CDC,FDA. I am but a
lowly farmer, but managed to read through quite a bit, hope this
