We have the Tripp Lite 16 port KVM with integrated 15" LCD and keyboard
(Model B020-016). When we bought it around 1.5 years ago it was just under
$2000 from GovConnection. The feature which favored this unit were the ease
of daisychaining to additional KVMs (we have a second Tripp Lite 16 port
KVM, model B022-016, ($500) feeding from our second rack to the console KVM.
The second factor in its favor was the integrated VGA/PS/2 or VGA/USB cable
design which were reasonably priced.

It has no serial ports but that was not an issue for us.

I will reiterate what others have said about the Tripp Lite, its keyboard
layout can be very, very frustrating.
