In my experience, MSUnet Wireless only
allows a single machine to be associated with a netid login.

As to logging in more than once at
a time, I believe the Radius authentication will allow that.
As to guest ports, please see http://techbase.msu.edu/article.asp?id=4254,

Yes, guest does have port restrictions, but I can't speak
as to what those are specifically.

Perhaps we
will. What if any, are the limitations of Wireless guest? Is there
a write-up on that somewhere? At least one machine will need to utilize
Skype, as well as an application sharing program. If Guest has port
restrictions, then that may become an issue.

Why not just use
Wireless Guest for both of them?
On Mar 14, 2008, at

We have a situation
where in a student may need to utilize two laptops concurrently in a classroom
setting. Both machines would need to be online simultaneously. Is
it possible to authenticate two machines to the wireless network at the
same time using the same NetID, or is only one connection per NetID allowed?
Thanks,
