Discontinuing the food processing business.  Brooks Galloway Auction

has been commissioned to sell the following:

Where:  Correctional Industrial Facility located at 5124 Reformatory
Rd.,

Pendleton, Indiana.  Take Interstate 69 North of Indianapolis to Exit
14,

turn South on State Road 13 go 1/2 mile, turn left on 800 South, go 2
1/2

miles, turn right on 650 West, go 1.7 miles, turn left on Reformatory
Road,

go approximately 1 mile to the Correctional Industrial Facility.  Park
in

back lot and enter through back gate.  Front entrance will not be
allowed on

day of auction.

 

Industrial Fruit and Vegetable Processing Equipment:  Potato and carrot
root

crop process peeling line, URSCHEL slicer and dicer, green bean snipper

line, green bean processing line, sweet corn processing line with 3
cutters,

2 Hughes hot water rotary blanchers, 2 large exhaust hoods, Kusel green
bean

size grader.  IQF nitrogen freeze tunnel, pre chiller for freeze tunnel,

complete apple line (peeling, coring, wedger and bath, 4 stations with 4

heads per station).  Hot oil blancher system, greens reel washer, greens

dirt and stand remover (for leafy greens), conveyors and product
elevators.

 

Industrial Meat Processing Equipment:  NUTEC 720 meat pattie forming
machine

(twin pattie), Vemag meat stuffer, 2 Hobart meat grinders, 2 Koch meat
smoke

houses with steam injectors and racks (75" x 128"), meat tenderizers,

pneumatic beef spreader and band meat saw.  Very large lot of knock down

cooler walls, doors and ceilings.  Assorted freezer and cooler condenser
and

heat exchanger units.

 

Industrial Creamery:  APV gaulin homogenizer, Mueller plate heat
exchanger,

pasturizer, 2-2500 gallon stainless steele tanks, stainless steele
cottage

cheese tank, 300 gallon stainless steele tanks, 500 gallon stainless
steele

tanks, large lot plastic milk crates, large lot of stainless steele
fittings

and valves, Girton ice building with compressor unit (2 level) and 1000

gallon stainless steele tank.

 

Industrial Bakery:  Complete bread making and bun making lines (less
ovens),

2 Hobart mixers, 2 Kemper verticle mixers with large bowls, 6 door Reed

proof box with 24 oven racks, Leeka bun slicer, automatic bagger, 2-3500
#

bulk flour silos (complete with sifters and automatic scales), lot of

aluminum hamburger and hot dog bun pans, 2 Kemper dough dividers, Gemini

conical dough dividers, bread cooling racks and flour dump station.

Miscellaneous:  Large lot of new cardboard shipping boxes, large lot of
new

poly film (clear and white 1.5 mil), approximately 28000 # wheat flour
(100

# bags), card board box compressor and bagger, assorted sanitation
chemicals

(food grade), approximately 40 bags pound cake mix (50# bags), lab
testing

equipment for a creamery, bakery, meats, fruits and vegetables.
