Anyone have any documentation they could pass along detailing
the duties/responsibilities of a FT staff person dedicated to workstation &
user support within your department?
Also some generic feedback as to the size of your department
(the number of computers/users to support) and the organization of your technology
group would help me tremendously (ie 1 FT staff dedicated to user support, 3
students, 1 manager, etc).
I could also forward a summary of the generic feedback I
receive to anyone off-list if they wish to see what I receive.
