Agreed. Although I'm still a fan of Microsoft ActiveSync for seamless exchange connectivity, the BES is pretty nice. As a matter of fact I think AIS has a production BES available. BES allows you to manage your Blackberry devices in a centralized fashion. Using the Blackberry Desktop Redirector can be very cumbersome and unreliable.
