For the mail, you need to setup the Blackberry Internet Service through the website of whatever provider you have.  We’ve had a couple people in our department that have BBs through Verizon and that’s the procedure that seems to work well.

Can anyone give me some advice on integrating a Blackberry device with MSU mail?

Is it better to run Exchange and get the Blackberry Enterprise Server?

Can I set the Blackberry up with IMAP and use the MSU mail server instead?
