Stefan, 

The "Move to SPAM folder" option won't work in terms of adding another rule 
for further processing. When a message is filtered, and matches the criteria 
that meets the "Move to SPAM folder" option, filtering ceases on that 
message. The filtering for spam options happen automatically before user 
defined filter rules. 

For the spam option of having the subject modified, further filtering can be 
done in user filters. Unfortunately the subject has already been changed at 
this point. 

Our POP3 doesn't support folders, so I'm not sure if there's really a 
solution on our system for what you're looking to do.
