Assuming you have already have Exchange, and further assuming that you have more than one user with a BB, I'd highly recommend getting a BES. How well do the other services handle calendar\contacts sync? Exchange users accustomed to these features will expect them on their handhelds. I agree with Dean - Avoid the Desktop Redirector software like the plague. I've seen similar stunts with Treo software. Friends don't let friends install server software on desktop machines, and the Redirector software and equivalents are essentially server services.
