Im fairly sure that they are still pushing IE7 through OPTIONAL updates...I just installed 2 XP sp2 systems yesterday and installed IE7 through Microsoft update (in the optional section). Depending on the age of the laptop however the card may not support WPA or other standards. Ehren J.
