I had some time to try the Zimbra iSync software for the Mac and wow, does it work well, I'm very impressed and it's transparent once you set it up.  I add something in my calendar or address book and it's on the server and vice versa, wow.

I hope to try the Outlook connector soon.

It looks like you can download the software for Outlook or iSync (Mac) to test out those features as well, but I've not done that yet.  I did try the mobile version using the demo account and thought it was the nicest of the few I've seen so far.
