That would work fine in a pinch as long as I have at least one standard server stored off-site, but I would prefer a single solution that works for both server backup and also disaster recovery. In the former case, I can expect to have just a single server fail and so Ghost will work fine. It seemed to work. Couldn't you just install the Ghost image on a new system, and then run VM converter against that?
